Paging to a 2nd IPO over network

Hi There,
We recently upgraded to 5.2(61) and suddenly, our paging to remote offices has stopped.

We have our IP Office in the main office set up with IP lines to the other 2 offices. In the Remote offices, we are paging through the speakers on the 2410 phone sets.

Anyone come across the same thing?

you page through a hunt group? Try calling it instead if that works then you know that at least the hunt group is working or the advertising of the hunt group is. You might also want to check in the Monitor under the Status SCN if the group is recognized. If you don't use SCN then you need the short code

For calling a huntgroup in a SCN you need a shortcode
If you are on 4.x and use advanced networking then you don't
But he isn't on 4.x

oops sure thing tlpeter, with 4.0 like you say not with 3.2 I had a senior moment (again), but it worked before the upgrade so the shortcode should be still in place. When in doubt make a new one and try it that way.

Thanks so much for your input...unfortunately, I've already tried that...a few times

Anyone know if this is a "feature" of release 5.2? I'm wondering if this just won't work on the new release.

I recall having aset it up on 3.2, and it worked.

delete the shortcode and remake them
Maybe the upgrade broke it
