Im sure this is a timing feature somewhere but I am unable to find it.
If I call lets say ext 106 from external, so call 123-456-7891 and enter ext 106, I hear the recorded voice that we entered saying to stay on the line and leave a message or hit 6 to page. I can hit 6 at any time in the message and it will attempt to page correctly. If I dial 107, I have to wait until the recorded message is done and I hear a beep, then I can hit 6 and have it page normally.
How do I change it so that the tones entered at the beginning of the message register? Its only this one ext that has the issue. That ext was originally set up without a MB and restricted to outgoing calls.
