Paging Question

I have set up a Valcom v2009a. I have build the paging route (COT), trunk.
I have also set up a DSC 8992 FLEN 4 RLI 110
RLI 110
rout 10 (paging)
DMI 10

DMI 10
DEL 4
INST 0 (all zones paging)
CTYP NCHG

My question is how can I get a alert tone when the paging system is active when I call 8992. When I access the paging route directly I get a tone and I can proceed to press 0 and I get one final tone before I can make my announcement. Any one have any ideas.. Thank you in advance.
