Paging CS1000E 7.5 MG1010

CS1000E SMG side of the build out. MG1010 cabinets. This site has a Valcom paging system. Old system set up as WAT Route with Multi Zone.

Built the same way in the new system, WAT Route. It works fine on the CS1000M system, but not on this system. I can trace the call and I see it connect, I enter 0 for all zone and nothing.

I set up as a PAG route just to see if I could hear something out of my test set and nothing. Has anyone got this working on their new system? It shouldn't be this hard.

in the route data block---chg the mano (Manual) to YES

tried that. it actually connects. Just nothing after the connection. No DTMF or anything and no passthrough to the paging unit

Do the other TNs on the analog trunk card pass audio for incoming/outgoing calls? May be a DSP issue?

Take a test set and go across the T/R of the output of the trunk and see if you hear DTMF when you press 0, and it needs to be a Wats RDB.

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS AND AVAYA

Yes, I have an analog phone that is on the same MGW and it works fine. I even changed to a PAG route and connected the test set and I cannot hear anything. The DSPs are fine and I have even reset the MGC, but no go.

I looked on the avaya support page and searched "paging trunk.." and it popped up "paging trunk dropped when upgrading to 7.5" so I opened a ticket as I am not the only one that has seen this issue.

Pleaes post further suggestions and I will post any resolution from Avaya.
