Does anyone know of a server based solution which will send a customised message to an email address (email address of a pager) when new mail arrives. I cannot just foward a copy as it breaches the privacy act or some internal company policy. I need just a small note coming up on the pager which says something like 'New Message in Emergency Mailbox'.
The mailbox is an emergency mail-in problem system so the on-call person needs to be advised when there is new email. We are using Exchange 2000 Enterprise.
