[Page N Of M] + [Horizontal Page Number] Formula

Hey guys, anyone know if you can have a formula like this;

[Page N Of M] + " - " + [Horizontal Page Number]

I would like it to appear at the bottom left of every page.

Horizontal page number does not appear to be available for formulals, but you should be able to drop Page N of M into a textbox, add a space-hyphen-space and then drop in the special field "horizontal page number". Format the text box to "repeat on horizontal pages".
