Page header disappears when exporting to excel

When I export to excel all page headers except the first one disappears. I have tried excel 7.0 and excel 7.0 extended. I only have a textobject in the header.

Is there anyway I can get all page headers without installing service pack 3. SP3 helps. But since my customers only have a runtime version of Crystal I guess they can't run the service pack.
I've also tried to install the latest hotfix but this doesn't help.

You need to get the latest dlls and patches from Crystal, it's a lot better. (I'm not allowed to do downloads where I work, so I can't advise you on the details.)

Try the hot fixes and make sure you have selected to down load the header and footer not just the detail
