page cannot be displayed

I can already ping a domain. But when I use my IE, it seems like its loading but in the end it would say "page cannot be displayed"

try lowering down the speed of your nic.. also restore the IE to default settings.. check if you have proxy settings( take them out )..

Linksys routers with old firmware (purchased 2 or 3 years ago) have the MTU setting disabled by default. Linksys didn't anticipate that many DSL and Cable broadband companies would be restricting the size of packets.

I recommend you enter your router's setup (per the manual). Jump over to Advanced -> Filters and scroll down until you find the MTU setting. Enable it and set it to 1492.

You are not receiving DNS server entries.
Do an ipconfig /all and see that:

1. You have an appropriate DHCP assigned address;
2. That the Gateway points to the router, usually 192.168.1.1
3. That your DNS table is populated with WAN-side DNS server entries

If any of the above is not true, you do not have an acceptable connection to the wireless router.

If you are making static IP entries, you need to specify the Gateway address (the router) and the DNS entries manually. You can use the router address as the single DNS entry if you choose, it will provide DNS proxy services to the WAN-side DNS servers.
