PACKAGE FND_UTIL ( ???? )

Can someone tell me if exists the package FND_UTIL, and where I can get some documentation ?

No such package in 10.7 or 11i. However, there IS a package called APP_UTILS.

If you are working with Concurrent Manager, a lot of FND_whatever stuff is documented in Oracle Application Object Library Reference Manual, and in Oracle Application Object Library Technical Reference Manual.
