PA SmartList Problems

Hi All,

Since upgrading from V6 to V7.5 we are having major problems with SmartList for our Project Accounting items. The initial results come up fine (ie the first 1000) but as soon as you try to filter the table it seems to hang. Our consultants say that they have let it run and it does eventually come up with the result requested but it is a ridiculous time frame for this to happen. All other SmartList items are fine it is only PA and it does not matter if its historical or current queries.

Does anyone know of this happening before or anything we can do to fix?

Have you installed the newest stored procedures for version 7.5 (via PA utilities)? I would try removing smartlist via utilities > project removed PA Smartlist (with smartlist open), then intilialize PA smartlist (with smartlist still open).

If that fails, run a dexsql.log. Delete the file right before choosing a PA smartlist object (so that you don't have to search through the entire thing), after it's completed, open the log and look for any missing stored procedures/objects.
