P4210 Log Problems

Good Day;

When working with the Sales Order Application ( P4210 ); we have some issues on the Log File:

RUN0000050 - Unable to retrieve DB Record for Application P4210BR, Version JPR0001 from F983051.

Although we've nothing to work wit this ( P4210BR ) application... How can we find why this application being called?
