P330 Problem

Hi All,

I've got two sites exhibiting similar behavior...

While in the P330 Stack, if I run the "show port" command, it shows the column headers, pauses and then returns to the command prompt without showing any port info.

Any ideas on why this is, what this could affect, etc?
 
As a follow up, both of these sites are reporting callers being randomly disconnected.

Still trying to find an answer for that one as well...

if you are dialling in with ASA and telnetting into the P330,you will not see this. Log in with Hyper terminal into the shell and then telnet to p330 and type show port. make sure its on 100mb full
 
This is a problem with "wraparound" which ASA doesn't have. If you use a problem which wraparound, you will see the data properly.
 
is this a P330 on G700? Do you have any duplicate IP address on the network?

well, there is always reinstalling/upgrading the P330 and emWEB Firmware (and of course MGP and VOIP, although it sounds like a P330 stack issue), if that doesn't help, your favorite thing, reinitialize and start over :)

P.S. I have seen this as well, but on the one I saw it on, everything is/was working ok. Good luck @ the new job :)
