Hi guys
I have encountered a strange problem at our testplant here, running BC11 SP9.
Actually it has always been like this but I don't use the operators that much so I did not notice it.
The thing is that everytrhing seem to work OK with answering/extending internal/external calls by operator.
The only thing is that at internal calls the internal number is not shown when dialling the operator. At external calls to operator it shows only 'public trk' ; not even the route/trunkid. So this is more tricky than just setting ASPAP PARNUM 153 right .
Also when the operator dials a number to extend to the digits are not shown on the display but obviously sent OK as the extending is OK.

Strange thing is that Type 3 operator is working OK.

What am I doing wrong ?
Anyone out there ....

As far as I know there is NO command/paramters to obtain this strange behaviour. So there must be something missing (patches ???)
on the SP9 dump I got from your MD110 service provider for our testplant.

Or I am wrong ?

Now it is 7 , have tried also 4 and 5 at least.

weird indeed,

since the 314 works fine it seems to me that the MD110 is not in fault here. what DNA version does it run on (latest SP?, hotfixes??), did you try to reinstall OWS? what version does your CTI adapter have (MUST be R7A)
did you try to reprogram the operator in the MD110? etc...

DNA is ver. 5 SP7. (server and client)
CT adapter I just got a new one from Ericsson to test , so it must the latest . Ver R7A produced W03Y03.
I have added a new TMU and reprogrammed (OPERE and then OPERI/OPCGS/SFCEI) both TYPE 6 and TYPE 4 and verified that LSCOP shows two way connection for both OPI:s .

weird , hah ??

whosrdaddy ,
"since the 314 works fine it seems to me that the MD110 is not in fault here" ,

Also the TYPE 6 has the same fault. (OPI3214)

It is 3213 (TYPE 3) which is OK .
