owner of the file

Hi,
How can I get the owner ( not uid ) of the file on windows platform.
on unix i can get this with "getpwuid".but this function is not working on windows.

I am using activeperl on windows.

Well... You're probably not going to like the answer but, have a look at

http://www.roth.net/perl/perms/

- it seems to do what you need...
