This is a bit of a tricky one.

We have a techical department consisting of 3 users. They recieve call from an altitude ACD system.

The problem is this, when the agent phones a customer back his direct dialed number is displayed. The customer will then call the agent back on this number rather than the queue number.

We are able to switch off own number sending for the whole system, but this causes other problems.

Is there any way we could setup callmanager to send 9 141 (to block the number) as a prefix instead of the standard 9.

Hi Raymondo206,

For incoming
I have solve this problem by using h.323 client in CallManager (i have assigned one number like 500 and I have forward it all to first number in our Technical Department 320)

For Outgoing
I have use translation rule in my gateway (Cisco AS5400).

translation-rule 2
Rule 1 320 500
Rule 2 321 500
Rule 3 322 500
Rule 4 323 500
Rule 5 324 500
.....
but you are limited in this traslation rule, for 1 traslation rule you can traslate only 10 numbers !

So all incoming calls are coming to XXXXX500, and when we call costumers the calling number is XXXXX500 !

Hope this helps

you can set outbound mask at the line gateway and routelist level.

Thanks for the advice fella's.

So in a nutshell I will have to modify the Gateway to allow this to happen?
