hi

ive got a user who cant access OWA. he is definately online but he get "page unavailable" error. all other users have no problems getting on. he is trying to access mail externally. im stumped
any ideas?

Make sure he is using IE Explorer. AOL and Netscape don't support OWA.

Make sure they are using their email alias when logging in. I.E. alias name in Exchange administrator.
