Hello everyone,

I'm having major problems here and I don't even know where to begin. First all my users are having problems accessing the server through OWA. I just found out they can't connect through Citrix either. Our network is being bogged and all I could find was a bunch of mail stuck in queues under the SMTP virtual server. All our mail is supposed to be sent through an ip address to messagelabs. The mail in queue seems to be trying to bypass that but is being denied by our firewall just to queue up again.

I've run AntiVirus and spyware scans and came up with nothing. It's bogging down our network to rediculously slow speeds. I've also done a tracert and everything looks fine. I haven't the slightest clue of what's causing this.

Any ideas?

Nevermind, turns out to be an external problem with our ISP. They didn't notice it for two days until I did a complete reboot of the entire system. The only reason they found it was because an alarm went off since I shut down the fire wall.

The alarm on my Adtran TSU 120 still hasn't shut off though. I hope it won't be a problem.
