We installed SSL on OWA, and thought the HTTPS address works from inside our network, from outside it does not. Is there something we need to do other than open port 443?

Thanks

I'm guessing a redirect at the firewall an an A record in external DNS.

If it works internally, and not externally, it's likely a router/firewall issue. Make sure you're forwarding port 443 to the server.

80 does not need to be open if you're only going to use SSL. It's recommended that 80 be left closed.

if port 443 is used for webmail. what port can I forward so users can log onto the intranet from outside the network?

I already have SSL for webmail:
I would like to get this to work for our intranet:

is this possible to do?? The intranet is on the same server as the webmail... do I need 2 different SSL?

Thanks!
