I recently updated our OWA server using Exchange 5.5 sp4. One thing I did not realize in doing that it resets the default options. The one thing it does is not allow users to change their password from the client Outlook 2000.
Please let me know how can I correct this problem.

Were your users ever able to change their passwords from OWA? My users have never been able to do this and as fas as I understand this is a common and known issue with OWA and Exchange 5.5.
