OWA share calendar

Usually when someone wants to share their calendar, they can click on "Share My Calendar" under "My Calendars". But, I have a user that is mobile and uses OWA to look at their calendar and wants his secretary to be able to view his calendar. OWA doesn't have the "Share My Calendar" option, that I can see. Am I missing it?

Not an option. He'll need to log into Outlook when connected and share it out.
