Just recently we moved our exchange to a different server. Before this we had Outlook Web Access set up. Now that we changed the servers, OWA no longer works. I went through my documentation from when I set it up the first time, however it still doesn't seem to be working. I'm using exchange 5.5 that is now on a 2000 server (it use to be on an NT server).
Does anyone know what I need to do to get it working again?

There is a registry entry on the OWA server that needs to be changed to point to the new server.

Thanks, but I figured it out. When we were going through our documentation from the last time we set up OWA, we forgot to restart the server after set the port numbers on our new server and that is why it wasn't working. The two servers wanted to talk, but it just didn't know what ports to talk on.

We are having the same problem. I just moved an Exchange server from NT to Windows 2000. Now they can no longer access OWA. Are the ports you're referring to the LDAP ports? I have only changed the port for Ldap not Ldap SSL. Should I change both? Do I need to change these ports on the OWA server? Thank you, dworthington.

We changed the tcp/ip ports for the microsoft exchange directory service and the information store. I know we had to set this up the first time, but I can't remember if we just checked to make sure these were set correctly or if we had to set them up again. I got the article from Microsoft's knowledge base article Q155831 on how to set this up.

We also used an article found at This second article talks about the LDAP, but I don't see anywhere on there about the LDAP SSL.

Hope that this helps.
