OWA Messed up in IIS

Guys,

I think I MAY have moved somethething in IIS default website by accident as OWA no longer works .. I still get the pasword prompt when I browse to


but it wont go any further, I just get an Internal Server error page.

Can someone tell me what I should have as a default config / or how to restore to default config state?
