(OWA) in Premium Client mode not working

When I logon to Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) in Premium Client mode, I’m unable to view the contents of my Inbox or my Calendar. From some workstation it works and others it doesn’t.
When you try to view items in the Inbox, an hourglass appears, and I receive the following message: Error on Page
When you try to view items in your Calendar, an hourglass appears, and you receive the following message: Updating view

My mailbox is stored on a Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003-based computer that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003


If you click Show Details in this error message, you receive an error message that is similar to one of the following:

Error: 'g_flsMimeInstalled’ is undefined
Code: 0

Make sure you run all Service Packs and Patches (updates) for both your server OS and Exchange 2003.

For SBS, Start Server Manager and then click Information Center. There is a Downloads and Updates button for SBS stuff.

I had this same issue with SBS 2003 with Exchange 2003 OWA. In essense, the new message, or reply is being treated as a popup, and the popup is being blocked.
