Hi all

I have exchange 2003 with OWA, Windows Server 2003, and active directory.

All was well until yesterday when the OWA quit functioning properly. Now, when I go to I get a very plain screen that list the four stores that I have in exchange. They consist of our two mailbox names for my partner and I, a <servername>-SA directory, and a System Mailbox directory. Please keep in mind how this looks on the screen. It is very plain and only list directories that you can click on.

So, on that page I click on my name and it takes me to the formated exchange login screen where I can enter my <domain>\<username> and password. When I enter that information it then takes me into my mailbox which is again a very plain black and white screen with no formatting. It just lists my mailbox folders as directories like "calender, contacts, deleted items, drafts, inbox, etc.".

I can then click on my inbox and it will display the subject of the email, <subject name.eml>, but of course I can't do anything with it because there is no GUI for the OWA.

The only setting I changed was the session timeout varible in IIS from 20 minutes to 180 minutes. This was changed so I could have the OWA open longer without me having to relogin every 20 minutes.

I applied this change to the /exchweb and /exchange directories in IIS.

Any help would be great appreciated as I really at a loss on this. Thanks so much in advance for your help.

Sincerly

Mike
