OWA Exchange 2003 Keeps loading..... HELP!!!!

I am having big problems connecting to OWA on exchange 2003 - every time i try and log in either via lan/wan i get a screen saying loading with all the boxes crossed out. i found an article on the internet which deals with this problem:

and i have tried to change the password but it still does not work. can anyone help????

I had to re-install IIS then Exchange to correct this problem when it had happened to me.

Permissions on /exweb/bin can do that, so can a faulty network connection. Try clearing the IE cache on the client, then hit the owa page again. If that still doesn't work, try a reinstall.

i had to open access to all ip addresses for the folder not it works.
