OWA Error

Has anyone gotten this error before:

error 'ASP 0115'
Unexpected error

/exchange/USA/logon.asp

A trappable error occurred in an external object. The script cannot continue running.

Any thoughts.

PeterL, did you happen to find the solution to this problem? Exchange 5.5 SP4 is already installed on my OWA server (and I re-applied the Exchange SP and am still seeing the error). The permission setting in the Internet Information Server is correct as well. I am about ready to call Microsoft.
