OWA display Calendar different from Outlook 2003

I have Exchange Server 2003. We created a calendar in Public folder to arrange time for some clients and it is managed by 1 administrator. There was many changes made on the calendar for certain date. When opening the calendar with Outlook 2000/2003, the calendar displays correctly. However, when opening the calendar through OWA, it displays the wrong information. Appointment that was deleted are still display in OWA. Is this a known bug? Is there a workaround?

Did you find a solution to this problem?
I am having the same problem where if you try to open the appointment in OWA, its says that the appointment was deleted. I have ran the /freebusy switch with no result.
Any help is appreciated.
