OWA Attachment Issue

I have a W2K member server running Exchange 2000. Exchange is running fine apart from the fact that I have a problem with attachments using OWA.
Users can login fine to OWA and send an receive emails OK, however when they try to add to download attachment they are unable to.
Anybody any ideas.

You aren't disabling ActiveX on the clientside browser, are you? What's the actual message that the users get when they fail? Or what happens, if there is no message?
