After I have set-up my exchange server and was checking on my OWA setup i noticed that in the IIS snap-in the icons that are normally folders for web folders have stop signs with the word error wriiten on them for my exchange virtual directories. I notice no problem with the functionality of OWA and everything appears to be working fine. Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on this happening and if this will create future problems that I dont forsee.
Thanks,

Matt

seen this before...
nothing to worry about!

it has something to do with some services starting before other services do.

Actually for some unknown reason the Exchange items in IIS show that they are stopped and that there is an error. OWA will still work with these errors, in order to clear them you need to stop and restart the default web site in IIS
