OWA and Exchange Auth. Problem

Good morning everyone, I am having problems when users log-off OWA, they get an "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error". I was told to check the Event Viewer on the server and the message I got was

The server failed to load application '/lm/w3svc/2/root/exchweb/bin' The error was no such interface supported.

I been searching online everywhere and find small suggestion but noting that fixed the problem. Thank you in advanced.

Try this:

1. Start Internet Services Manager.

2. Locate the Exchweb\Bin virtual folder.

3. Right-click the Bin virtual folder, and then click Properties.

4. On the Virtual Directory tab, click Create, and then click OK.

Thanks 58sniper, I completed the steps you outlined above. I am getting the same thing now but the difference now is when users logoff the error is:

HTTP 403.1 Forbidden, Execute Access Forbidden

I went to IIS under the virtual directory of the "exchweb/bin " and gave it scripting access under "execution permission" and medium under "application protection". Can some please help with this, Thank you once again?
