Dear Team.
I have a client who accesses Exchange 2003 on an SBS box via OWA only...
He's a dilligent chap and keeps his mailbox spotless and does regular housekeeping... His inbox has a few dozen emails as does a few other folders he has created, nothing huge, no large attchmnts..
Yet - His mailbox is over 300gb showing on the exchange IS.
Any ideas? ONly thing I can think of is that because he's using OWA it's not actually clearing it fully but I can't find anything on the web relating to this...
Thanks for your help.
