OWA 500 Error on new users

Hey i am running a windows 2000 server (sp4) with exchange5.5 (sp3) and i have Outlook Web Access running and when i create a new user in Active Directory and create an Exchange mailbox and try and access the users mailbox in OWA i get a 500 Internal Server Error.

This has happened before and i have fixed it by removing the user and re adding it. but i am not able to do that for this user.

Any ideas would be great!

Ok i have some how fixed it. i was reading another post and they had menitioned something about the user being able to log into all computers but getting the 500 error when they have the user can log onto the following computers (and specifying a few computers). i have restrictions setup so only certan users can log into certan computers. when i set the users to be able to log onto all computers OWA works fine. but i dont want this. i want the security of being able to limit who logs on where.

Does anyone have any suggestioons on this?
