OWA 2003 - new Message Forbidden

Hi all,
I just installed in my lab a bridge SSL OWA infrastructure(Exchange 2003); everything seems be Ok but when a user try to send a new message (or simply reply) while connected via OWA a message pops up stating "Forbidden".
How can I fix this bug?

Make sure you run all Service Packs and Patches (updates) for both your server OS and Exchange 2003.

I had this same issue with SBS 2003 with Exchange 2003 OWA. In essense, the new message, or reply is being treated as a popup, and the popup is being blocked.
