Overhead paging line

Our overhead paging system cannot be heard while activated- music will play on the overhead- but no voice????

HOW DO I FIND AVAILABLE TRUNK TN'S??? WHICH LOAD PLEASE???

Was this working at one time and stopped working, or is this a new install? If it was working, did you make any changes to the set up that resulted in it not working?
If you go to LD 11 or 20 you can: STAT 18 0 2 this will show you the ports on this card to see if there are any free. When you punch it down Universal cards only have a maximum of 8 lines available, so every other pair is punched down, ie 0, 2,4,6,8,10,12 and 14, these represent in order 18 0 2 0/1/2/3/4/5/6/7
The easy way to find these cards is to take the doors off and look for Universal cards in your Superloop shelves, find the slot # and repeat the above stat for all you find (3 digits as shown above stats loop shelf card and shows all the lines)
Is this pointing you in the direction you need to go?

This was actually working before, and we had a power outage on 7/23 and just found out that the overhead has not been working since. I outed the trunk in ld 14 and rebuilt it and then reseated the card and reset it and it seems to be working now, however, we still have no connection at all when the butt set is connected--- very strange!!!
