If I got three hunt group in Overflow Group List, when overflow happen, the call will go all groups in the list at same time or in sequents?

Try it to know it. The manual does not specify what will happen to the oferflow groups when the hunt group ring mode is Collective..

Overflow Group List

The hunt group ring mode type and no answer time of the overflow group are applied while it rings members of that overflow group.

Other settings applied are those of the hunt group from which the call has overflowed.

I have set it up for our customer. If they don't ring me next week, that means it works properly

If you want that the call stays in the last OverFlow group then place the last group more then once in the same OverFlow list.

A neat trick I discovered this week...

You can get calls to miss overflow groups in the list by setting them into nightservice (by time profile - without VM or queueing)

So you can have dynamic overflows - in the morning it overflows to group a, in the afternoon it flows to group b

yeah,
I was going to set up alternative call flows with a TP on the incoming call route, but I tried it this way first! It is much neater...
