I am using a sony 12x/8x/32x CD-RW model CRX160E. I am wondering whether it is possible to overburn with this CD writer. If possible, how to get along doing it??If not, how do you recommend?
you can overburn on any cd writer drive, only thing is you don't get much extra space and especially not enough to warrant the cost of a replacement drive if it gets damaged because you tried to overburn just that little bit too much.
Another tip: When overburning, and the CD fails for any reason, then lovwer the burn speed.... (the faster speeds you use on overburning, the lower are the chances of a success burn...)
