outside call going directly to vm

What can possibly be the cause if 1 user.. 1.. calls his assistant from his bberry (non pbx #)and the call goes directly to her VM but nobody else that calls this person has this issue? There's no EC500, no fwd'ng turned on so this makes no sense.

incoming-call-handling treatment for the trunk group?
