Hi, I can't get mail with my outlook express. It was working correctly. nothing has changed as far as it's configured. I'm getting a POP3 problem, socket error10061. I dial into an exchange server and I tried restarting the mail services. I looked at RAS config, it's good. I can't find anything that works on technet. i'm stumped. I am also running WINS if that helps anyone.

It effected only the remote clients. I was able to get it going after stopping, then restarting ALL of the mail services on the WINS server ( i missed one before)but this keeps occurring every few weeks. I can't seem to find any event that coincides with this problem. I think the root of the problem lies in the WINS config but I can't find it.
