i was using the journal option in outlook for about a month and a half when my "tower" had to be exchanged... everything from before is still there; but now for some reason the journal's autorecord functions are not working... they are all checked the way i want them; but it is not recording anything at all unless i do it manually - which defeats the purpose imo...
does anyone have any ideas?
according to the IS dept here i am probably the only person housewide that actually uses it so they couldnt tell me what to do...
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
