Outlook2k pst file

I have a user on Windows 2k/Office 2k with a corrupted PST file. It is over a 1GB in size. Is there any tool available out there I can use to repair it? I have tried the scanpst from Microsoft but it errors out..recommending a check disk. I cannot copy or archive the file due to Outlook freezes due to CRC errors...I have tried chkdsk /f, but no bad sectors found..


Any ideas?..

Do you have an exchange server? Have you tried importing it into a mailbox using exmerge?

Hi,

You can use EasyRecovery professional to fix it. We had ever used it. perfect tool to fix pst files.
