Hi,

Sometimes when I receive email, or forward an email and then I read it afterward, the paragraphs become unformatted. Has anyone encountered this? If so is there a way around this? I have Microsoft Word as my editor in email, and I am using HTML as my message format.

Thanks in advance.

Zoe

when you say "unformatted" what exactly happens?

Do the HTML tags show? or do just the line and character spacing get thrown off? or both.

In any case, one of the problems may be that you send in HTML and the recipient recieves text only. If you would like to make your emails more universal, you may want to transmit text only and use a courier font. Since every system since the IBM 8086 has courier as a font set and since this font is character spaced and not proportionately spaced, your line spacing and indents should stay just the way you set them up.

Good luck Mahalo,
