I've two NT4.0 sp6 Terminal Servers running Citrix Metaframe 1.8 and a PDC housing our Exchange 5.5 server. Yesterday all Outlook clients could reach their email, but this morning, only those that logged into server ONE could connect to Exchange. Everyone on the other server received the message: "Exchange server is unavailable."
The only change I can think of is to the DNS server addresses. We use an ISP DNS server which recently changed. I don't believe this is the problem because the two Terminal Server boxes are using the same DNS server address.
As I have one T.S. box that connects and one that does not, I've been comparing the two. Same services, correct DNS server addresses, Outlook client properties are the same...
