I have a user using Windows XP SP 1 with Office XP with SP 2. We are using Exchange 2000 and allow 250MB of storage space because we are an advertising agency. There are a lot of ppt files and other graphics flying around. Her mailbox size is at 224MB and she is trying to archive by size and by date. It will archive but still leaves old emails with big (5MB) attachments. We have tried doing mailbox cleanup but she gets annoyed that it just finds her the files and does not actually archive them like it is supposed to. I tried giving her a new email profile with same results.
Any thoughts?
