Outlook XP pop up

I have a company and they are doing mail merges, when they are doing this they are recieving a pop-up message for every contact in the merge that says that somone is trying to access.... and they have to hit yes for every user. this meaning if it is a 200 person merge, they have to hit yes 200 times. Im nto sure what is causing this any suggestions would help. Thanks

That's the security feature in Outlook doing that.

Try one of these tools as a work around for the issue.

Thanks, but if it is a security feature there has to be a way to just turn it off?

Sorry no. Although I hear that in Outlook 2003 Microsoft took care of this issue.

Yea but i dont think the client woudl dig me callin them and telling them they need to spend a hundred dollars on a upgrade to fix one problems. hahaha. I did hear that also though.
