Outlook XP not starting

I cannot get Outlook to start anymore. Have windows XP and when click on the shortcut it will lauch really fast and then disappear right away. I've tried launching it from the programs menu as well and the same thing happens. I went through contol panel and created a new profile and account and still the same thing. We use Exchange Server 5.5. Anyone have any ideas what might be wrong?

I'm not sure what's causing it, but it could be corruption within Outlook. If you go back into your Office setup and tell it to Repair, this will fix many issues with Outlook and other Office products.
