I've got a user with a new laptop that has WinXP Pro/ Office XP Pro on it. When configured to connect to the Exchange server, everything seems to work just fine. However, under his contacts folder he has 3 subfolders where he has his contacts sorted into different groups. This still works fine if he's working online, but for some reason, I cannot get those 3 subfolders to synchronize so he can view them when he's offline. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
