Outlook XP/ Exchange

I've got a user with a new laptop that has WinXP Pro/ Office XP Pro on it. When configured to connect to the Exchange server, everything seems to work just fine. However, under his contacts folder he has 3 subfolders where he has his contacts sorted into different groups. This still works fine if he's working online, but for some reason, I cannot get those 3 subfolders to synchronize so he can view them when he's offline. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Make sure that you have offline folders eabled. Search help if you don't know ow to do it.

Offline folders are enabled....everything in his box syncs except for those three subfolders under contacts....
