I migrated my users from an NT server to 2000. I had roaming profiles set up on the NT machine and all worked fine. After the migration, the user desktops look the same as they always did, but some of the programs (i.e. outlook) fail to start or gave memory errors. If I make the users administrators, all works fine. But, when I put them back to domain users the trouble starts up again. It seems to be a rights issue but I can't figure it out. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

You mentioned that you had Raoming Profiles; have you checked the folder premissions for your raoming profiles? Sounds like Outlook is still trying to use the roaming profile directory that was on the NT sever.
