outlook won't exit 1

Messagebox says "Please wait while Microsoft Outlook exits"

but it never exits, I have to kill outlook at the task manager.

using win2K all updates current outlook 2000
 
At some point, have you used Outlook 2003 to access your mailbox - or does anyone view your Calendar w/ 2003?

Can you post the date and size info on the following files:

Outlookff.msp
Outlookop.msp

1st Edglock21... those files don't exist which leads me to believe the upgrade wasn't done.

sawedoff...yes it looks like i need the patch but I can't seem to see where one gets the patch.

I went to office.microsoft.com and it told me the only updates avail were for word, and the french spell checker.

we have a corporate lisc agreement and get all our updates automatically.
 
Microsoft says you should contact them to make sure that your problem will be fixed by the Hotfix.

Per their Website:

Thanks guys i'll give it a try...i just thought the fix would have been included in the Normal office updates (guess not)
