I have a user running Windows XP/SP2 Pro, Office 2003 Pro. While in outlook he opens a calendar event and the window that pops up is small and in a weird position. He has to move and strech it to to read the contents. Is there a way to "reset" the window positions to default without haveing to lose all custom settings?

Outlook Window Size

No guarantees, but try this:
Close all other windows.
Open 1 instance of Outlook and make sure it is NOT maximized.
Right-click the taskbar icon, or the window's title bar and select Size.
Resize the window to where you want it, then hold Ctrl while closing the window.
When you re-open it, it should retain that size.
