outlook express will not open----I have reinstall it but it still will not open---any ideas?

Need more info on this one mate, are you useing Win98 or NT
or what? and what is the error message your getting????
Does Outlook start or can you not open the mail folders...?

Oh sorry about that----win 98---I get no error mess. the hour glass comes up for like a sec. and then it does nothing----it will not open. I have reinstalled it several times. still will not work. any ideas would be appreciated. thanks.
